• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• The product is not damaged due to misuse

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the product back to us using the provided return label

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

• Inspect the product within 2 business days
• Send you an email confirmation of your refund
• Process your refund to the original payment method
• Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mjshotsauce.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Description of the issue

We will send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Shipping Costs

• Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label
• Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

9. International Orders

For international returns:
